Covenant of the Crossroads

General Membership

Any person wishing to attend regularly held Sabbat celebrations that are open to the public.  This also includes youth services.  There is no due for formal obligation held to the general public for attendance at public events.

 

General members are welcome to all public events and children's circles.

 

Any general member may seek Affiliate Membership.

Affiliate Membership

Any person who whishes formal affiliation with the Covenant of the Crossroads and supports its bylaws and doctrines.  Persons who wish affiliate membership re held to donation level dues.  Dues must be renewed annually.  Requests for affiliate membership must be in writing and presentedto the General Members Representative.

 

Affiliate members are welcome to all public events and children's circles.

 

Any affiliate member may seek Student Membership.

Student Membership

Any person wishing formal training in the Victorian Tradition of the Covenant of the Crossroads must first be an Affiliate Member, they must register their request in writing with the Teacher Representative.  Student members are considered full supporting members and may run for applicable office and will pay student level dues, renewed annually.

 

Student members are welcome to all public events and children's circles, as well as all member only circles and events.

 

Student members may seek any office position within the Temple that meets their attained degree requirement.

 

Any student member who has reached Magus level, our fifth degree, may request in person the blessing of the Elder's Council to become an Elder.

Elder Membership

Elder Members are students who have reached the fifth level of initiation, Magus, and have chosen to participate in the leadership of the Covenant of the Crossroads.  All Elder Members compose the Elders Council, make executive decisions for the Temple and pay Elder level dues, renewed annually.

 

Elder members enjoy all of the privileges of the previous degrees with the added responsibility of attending Elder Council meetings.

 

Elder's may not run for any two term office.

Minister Membership

A Ministerial Member is an Elder who has chosen to complete one year of Ministerial training applicable to the law of the residing state of the Covenant of the Crossroads and the Victorian Tradition.  Ministers are legally ordained and able to perform marriages, counseling, and passing ceremonies.  Ministers pay Minister level dues, renewed annually.

 

Ministers have all the same privileges and responsibilities as Elders.
