All Elder Members compose the Elders Council, make executive decisions for the Temple and pay Elder level dues, renewed annually. Elder members enjoy all of the privileges of the previous degrees with the added responsibility of attending Elder Council meetings. Elder's may not run for any two term office. Minister MembershipA Ministerial Member is an Elder who has chosen to complete one year of Ministerial training applicable to the law of the residing state of the Covenant of the Crossroads and the Victorian Tradition. Ministers are legally ordained and able to perform marriages, counseling, and passing ceremonies. Ministers pay Minister level dues, renewed annually. Ministers have all the same privileges and responsibilities as Elders.
